Talent Acquisition Specialist - HQ for EMEA region
Introduction
We are looking for the right person to join our multicultural team located on the 27th floor in Nivy Tower. If you do not mind communicating in English all the day long, if you do not mind contact and talk to people from all around the world, if you do not give up when the success does not come fast, when you have passion for production and electromobility, then you might be interested in our interesting job position.
The main activities of our new colleague will be:
Design the right job postings at the right channel (job portals, LinkedIn, social networks etc.) to attract the right candidates for our teams
Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, initial selection and interviewing candidates for open vacancies
CV and phone screening, arrange and conduct interviews with managers located in Europe as well as oversea colleagues
Actively use job portals, internal and external databases, and social media to find talent not only in Slovakia but globally
Manage and develop our candidate pipeline; Maintain and update internal database of candidates
Act as support and advisor for the hiring managers; Give regular updates on progress to hiring managers
Actively support marketing and sales activities and participate in various projects
Participate in external activities to promote the company such as job fairs, career fairs at universities
Be the contact point for Personal agencies
Support other tasks as requested by the line managers

Our requirements for a suitable candidate:
Experience in the recruitment agency will be an advantage
3+ years of proven end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to multiple EU markets outside of Slovakia
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident when speaking with managers at all levels
Written and spoken English at the advanced level or above (B2 or C1level)
We use Microsoft Office - being familiar working with that environment would be a plus - you would be mostly using MS outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, or PowerPoint
Strong sourcing skills and solid knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience working in international and multicultural environments
Ability to analyze information, make conclusions, identify risks, and offer solutions
A proactive and self-organized attitude to getting things done, as well as being detail-oriented
We work in a very dynamic environment; hence, the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing focus and being flexible/agile is crucial
Quick feedback and task delivery capabilities, good time management

About our company
GIB EnergyX Slovakia (Gotion InoBat Batteries) is the Joint venture between Slovakian start-up InoBat and Chinese Company Gotion High Tech, created to develop the first battery gigafactory in Slovakia in Šurany. The Šurany factory will be located on a 65-hectare area and will create thousands of jobs. In the initial development stage, it will have a capacity of 20 GWh, but it has the potential to reach a capacity of up to 40 GWh. The targeted start of production (“SOP”) in Q2/2026 and full-scale production is scheduled for 2027.
